Its a game in eve rules are simple
- time limit 1-2 hours can be longer.
- starting conditions 0 isk and a noob ship.
- make as much isk in the time limit as you can.
- no begging borrowing stealing.
- no fleeting.
- no wreck looting/stealing/salvaging even if there blue.
- no using anything you already own.
- no setting up contracts to yourself or getting anyone else to.
The game is for fun and winner takes all.
So if after timer runs out you have a cruiser and 10 mill in isk and 10 mill in gear equiped and the other guy has a cruiser and 10 mill equiped 11 mill isk the other guy wins and you give him 10 mill and the cruiser with the equipment, Sadly he also had bragging rights :)
