Basic laws of combat: 1) When you are ahead of your position, the artillery will fall short. 2) Incoming fire has right of way. 3) When you are short on everything except enemy, you are in combat. 4) Friendly fire is always more accurate than enemy fire. 5) It's not retreating, it's attacking to the rear. 6) There's always someone bigger, better, smarter, more determined, and better paid. 7) A pistol is what you use to fight your way to a rifle you never should have put down in the first place. 8) Never forget that your weapon was made by the lowest bidder. 9) The grass is always greener on the other side of No Man's Land. 10) When faced with a problem, you should use C4. If the problem is still there, you didn't use enough C4. If *more* problems arise, you used too much C4. 11) That diversion you're ignoring is the main attack
