Percy was born on Caille to parents that were neither wealthy or ambitious. Like the millions of other hard working inhabitants of the Gallente Federation they were simple Mining Engineers who helped produce the vast resources that the Federation depends on to protect their citizens

Percy began to exhibit very special qualities at a very early age and he was identified as a possble candidate for the "Capsuleer" program. As he progressed through school he continued to be top of his class meeting and completing every challenge thrown at him. Percy was even accepted by the Jovian School of the Society Conscious Thought

However, because he was an only child and the advancing age of his parents, Percy postponed his enrollment into the School of the Society of Conscious Thought to care for his family. Then the unthinkable happened, an attack on the mining Barge "Bojangles" which was mining an asteroid field near the Caldari border seriously wounded him, killed his father and even worse, his mother was taken as a prisoner.

From a hospital bed he was informed by Gallente Officials his mother was taken by pirates as a slave and tragically she was found dead at one of the Brothels during a Gallente rescue attempt.. Apparently she had committed suicide than becoming a sex slave to the Pirate factions in that sector.

Filled with rage and thirsting for revenge, after recovering from his injuries, Percy entered the "Capsuleer" Program in one of the Society of Conscious Thought schools to fine tune his inquisitive mind and sharp critical thinking skills. After his wonderous transformation he spent time with Gallente Intelligence running classified missions throughout Gallente Space. During those days he made it his mission to destroy any Pirates that crossed his path.

After his retirement from Gallente Intelligence, he decided to contunue the family tradition and began mining as a career. He is currently employed with the MACK corporation, Overseeing their mining operations, small arms manufacturing and Planetary interaction. He also contributes his time to CONCORD in the "Project Discovery" research program. His thirst for revenge has been tempered with age and he now is content living his life peacefully.
