Due to an unfortunate mixup at the cloning facility, Tribal Dawn was created as the wrong gender. To make matters worse, the operators decided Evelyn was far too feminine of a name for a man, and decided to randomize his name instead. Regardless, Tribal Dawn is just as capable of enforcement operations as the correctly-made Evelyn clones.
