Viktor Schauberger was boorn on a small world in Verge Vendor. Born Roger Mills, he changed his name when he became a space pilot to Viktor Schauberger to honor the great inventor whose ideas still inspire shpace ship builders today. Convinced that current warp drives are limited in their long term value, Viktor is a proponent of implosion drives. He wroked building ships for the Federal Militia until pirate raids convinced him to join the Militias war against Caldari. At the time the Caldari govornment had conquered most of low sec and was making regular raids on what was left of Galente space. It was then that Victor Schauberger joined with Marcus Binochiette to create the Federal Vanguard, an elite unit credited with many of the victories that caused the Galente Federation to win the war against the Caldari.
